ChainList is a classifieds and community platform. All transactions, communications, and interactions between users occur at your own risk.

ChainList does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the identity of any user, the accuracy of any listing, the quality or legality of items or services listed, or the ability of any party to complete a transaction. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own conduct and any consequences arising from your use of the Site.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChainList, its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Any transaction or interaction between users, including but not limited to scams, fraud, misrepresentation, or failed transactions
• Loss of funds, cryptocurrency, NFTs, digital assets, or any other property
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Content posted by third-party users, including listings, forum posts, messages, memes, or any other user-generated content
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Site
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Site or your access to it

4. No Financial or Legal Advice

Nothing on ChainList constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. Always do your own research (DYOR) and consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Use the Site to facilitate scams, phishing, or any illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or related systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without prior written consent
• Circumvent any security measures or content moderation systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the platform, at our sole discretion.

6. Content & Moderation

Users are solely responsible for the content they post. We reserve the right to remove, hide, or modify any content that violates these terms or that we deem harmful, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Content that receives multiple community reports may be automatically hidden pending review.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the platform (email address for authentication). We do not sell your personal information. Your email is never exposed to other users. 8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChainList and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
